The 12-week ALONGSIDE Mentorship is a high-support experience combining personalised mentoring, learning and, practice-ready resources.
The mentorship can be counted towards your annual CPD hours. NB: Depending on engagement, the mentorship can fulfil all FIVE HOURS required by AHPRA for interactive professional development.
For Paediatric OTs who are ready to stop over-functioning and start practising with clarity, confidence, and relational integrity—ALONGSIDE parents, not on their behalf.
This mentorship supports OTs to move from:

Feeling responsible for everything—the outcomes, the parents’ emotions, the system’s expectations.

Second-guessing clinical judgement when there is a push for quick fixes.

Experiencing quiet burnout from holding complexity without enough space to think, reflect, or recalibrate.

Struggling to enact their therapy values consistently within real-world constraints.
Into a way of practising where OTs:

Step into professional confidence—without becoming rigid, directive, or detached.

Understand what responsibility is theirs to hold and what is not.

Shift from responding reactively and emotionally to engaging in purposeful collaborations with parents.

Reclaim a sense of self-regulation, integrity, and sustainability in their work
The Alongside Mentorship doesn’t teach you how to be a “better” OT.
It supports you to practise as the OT you’ve been becoming—
with clarity, boundaries, and deep respect for families and for yourself.
The Mentorship
What’s included:

Access to Joanna's learning modules which are grounded in Occupational Therapy and lived-experience evidence.

3 X 1:1 Zoom supervision sessions with Joanna which focus on your clinical cases, challenges, and professional growth.

Between- Supervision support with Joanna via email (limits apply).

Access to Joanna's customisable templates, tools and practical resources to support parent collaboration, and confident OT mindset.

Integration into your current caseload
Learn alongside your real work — not as an add-on or theoretical exercise.
