About
Supervision:
I am an experienced clinical supervisor with a background working in multi-disciplinary organisations, private practice and as an external supervisor for therapists across Australia. I believe strongly in providing quality, evidence-based supervision and have completed supervision-specific training and participate in ongoing mentoring. I also convene an Australian online peer support group for Occupational Therapy Supervisors. I currently work in my own private practice in Wagga Wagga NSW.

Clinical background:
My clinical experience is broad, having worked in various organisations including community health, not for profits and private practice. I am endorsed to provide services under Medicare Better Access to Mental Health Care Scheme.
I have experience working with a range of populations. However, currently, my particular interests focus on working with neurodivergent children and teens, who may have confirmed Autism or ADHD, sensory processing differences, executive functioning difficulties, motor planning challenges, regulation challenges or developmental delays. I value Neurodiversity Affirming practice, Family-Centred Practice, use of collaboration and coaching within Occupational Therapy, strengths-based approaches and implementation of the DIR Floor time (R) approach.
Should your supervision needs revolve around topics which I consider out of my scope such as complex equipment/ assistive technology, home modifications or upper limb management I will refer you to one of my colleagues.
