Clinical Supervision is both an opportunity and a professional responsibility for AHPRA registered Occupational Therapists.  I provide Clinical Supervision with guidance from OT Australia's "Professional Supervision Framework".

Mentoring offers space to explore other professional goals, challenges and needs. Mentoring may involve sharing of wisdom, coaching, reflective conversations and development of goals and action plans. 

As professional conversations, Mentoring and Clinical Supervision often go hand in hand, although there are situations where it is important to draw boundaries between both.

Individual Clinical Supervision for Occupational Therapists

60 minutes: $180 + GST 

  • Discuss clinical cases, professional development needs, professional skills such as working in a team and management of administration requirements.

  • Book weekly, fortnightly or casual appointments depending on your needs.

  • Session format is tailored to your learning style.

  • Includes zoom appointment and written summary for your AHPRA records.

  • Suitable for early-career, experienced OTs entering the paediatric field or experienced clinicians.

Intensives for Occupational Therapists

$1200 + GST

NB: This service is currently unavailable

Small group supervision for Occupational Therapists- existing teams or communities of practice.

$220 per group

  • Two-five clinicians per group

  • 60 minute session via Zoom

  • Meeting agenda according to your needs

  • Written summary provided for your AHPRA records

Individual Mentoring Sessions for Occupational Therapists or other Allied Health Professionals

$180 + GST

  • Weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions depending on your needs.

  • Discuss professional goals, challenges and needs in a safe, yet thought provoking manner. 

  • Gain clarity on your professional direction.

  • Develop general professional skills such as time management, communication with peers, stress management, report writing, and professional confidence.

  • Notes are provided - or you write your own! Whatever suits your learning best.
